Rubyrosa Verano Irgens (31)  from Philippines have confessed to murder here Norwegian husband Helge Irgens (61) using a barbeque oven. killing here husband 24 of june 2014.

The woman was sentenced o2015 for murder, charged with assassination of her former husband Helge Irgens.

The reported assassination attempt must have taken place in Manila, Philippines, in December 2014.
Bergens newaspaper wrote that Filipino police state she payed assassins to kill here husband, making it look like a robbery.
She is a Filipino citizen, but has had a residence permit in Norway for several years.

Police attorney Trond Eide told the press after the imprisonment meeting on Wednesday.

The woman was arrested at Oslo Airport on Tuesday coming back from a vacation in the Philippines, and is charged with killing her husband, a Norwegian citizen last summer. 61-year-old Helge Irgens was found dead in the bedroom in the couple’s common home in Sund kommune outside Bergen on June 25th.

According to Bergens Tidende, the action was carefully planned and the woman had just arrived when she was arrested.
It was hes two daugthers from a prevoius marriage that notefied the police after they found several abnormal conditions in the bedroot their father was found dead. Like a burned bid spot in the roof. This was later found to be the place where Rubyrosa Verano had placed the barbecue stand after she learned online that the gasses from such a charcoal glows are deadly to a human if there is no air inlet.

The death was perceived as suspicious, and the police therefore routinely moved to the residence. A site investigation was conducted and the prosecutor’s office decided that the deceased should be reproduced.

«The results of autopsy showed that the cause of death was not natural, but caused by poisoning by carbon monoxide (kullos) from  ther barbeque and drugs (sleeping medicaments Rubyrosa confessed to mix in his food), the press release says.

To show here character a case of fraud going from 2008 to 2015 where she established a credit by different loan ,agencies pretending she was another woman with another identity. With this she purchased loans she did not need to pay. Some of this shall have been payed back to the abused part. The total of money frauded this way are 203.519 Norwegian krones.

Norwegian court sentence here to 18 years in prison. The court stated that there was no condition that spoke for here to get a milder sentence. She had a kind husband that stretched himself to please here.
Any mariage related problem could have solved in a divorce that is easely done in Norway. If so she had been i title to a big portion of the house and lot value. But the prosecutor stated that Rubyrosa Verano Irgens did not like that idea because if he become dead she could get it all, not just partial, or halv of the value.
This muder was nor in affect or happen spontaneously from some situation. It was very well planed. From the time before the fake robbery and murder attempt in Manila to now, where she spend months in front of the computer trying to find a smart way of killing here husband and destroy the familliy that had given here everything.
This case have severely damaged the Filipinas reputation in Norway in general and will be remembered as one of the most un neccessary, most greedy and small minded murders of all time in the country.
